How to add a video
  1. From the Mac: python3 scripts/ingest.py path/to/clip.mp4 --title "…" --project "…" copies the file into videos/, makes a poster, and adds the entry to videos/videos.js. Then commit and push.
  2. From anywhere: upload to YouTube (unlisted is fine), open videos/videos.js on GitHub, and add an entry with the link, a date, and a title.
  3. Vercel republishes main within about a minute.
